Below are several important points that we want you to be aware of before downloading the program:

• To facilitate the “purchase” of the Free Version we are employing a shopping cart system that also handles the digital download process.  Just like any other shopping cart, you will need to create a username and password and register.  You will not need to enter credit card information since this version is Free.
• After the “sale” is completed you will receive several emails.
  • One email is your receipt.
  • Another email contains a link to download the application.
  • We will send yet another email with your Product Key – more on that below.
• You are limited in the number of times (3) that you can download the software.
• The download link will expire after the Free Version Usage period ends.
• The installer for Windows is a little tricky.  It is very important that you follow the written installation instructions.  You may also watch our installation video for a detailed look at the process.

Installation Location – Move the Installer File after Download – Then Run the Installer

Users who have failed to follow the installation instructions have caused themselves unnecessary headaches because they failed to follow ALL of the instructions.  Do yourself a favor and carefully follow the written instructions.  We also have created Support Videos that address the issues that arise when installing on a Windows PC.  Don’t be scared off.  The instructions are actually quite simple.  But if you don’t follow them the program is installed in a location that will not allow you to edit the database, which in turn means the program will not retain the Product Key.  And then you will be frustrated.  So, we’ll say it again – follow ALL installation instructions.

Product Key

The Quote Magician will install on a PC without difficulty if all instructions are followed.  However, the program is useless without the Product Key.  This key unlocks the various functions of the system.  Once your “purchase” is made we will be notified by email.  We then have to enter your credentials into our database and generate a Product Key that is exclusive to you.  Once you receive the email from us containing the Product Key you can go ahead and install the program.

Important:  The process of generating a Product Key is NOT automatic.  It must be done by someone in our office.  This can take up to 24 hours, although we try to generate keys at least twice a day.  Please be patient.  If you don’t receive your key within 24 hours please send us an email or give us a call.
